Oman Explorers - Tours & Bookings

Welcome to Oman Explorers Co., The Peak Explorers LLC. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

  • Payment can be made via credit or debit card.

  • Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from Oman Explorers.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable unless the tour is canceled by Oman Explorers due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or any other emergency situation, Oman Explorers reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, you may choose:

    • A rescheduled tour at a later date.

    • A voucher valid for future bookings.

    • A partial or full refund (depending on the circumstances).

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 3 days of departure) are not eligible for a refund.

3. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance that covers adventure activities, accidents, and medical emergencies.

  • Oman Explorers is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accidents during the tour.

  • All participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by our guides and sign a liability waiver before joining high-risk activities.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • You must be in good physical condition for adventure activities such as canyoning, climbing, and trekking.

  • Participants should inform Oman Explorers in advance of any medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate.

  • If a participant is deemed unfit or unprepared, Oman Explorers reserves the right to refuse participation without a refund.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Oman Explorers may modify the itinerary due to safety concerns, weather, or other operational reasons.

  • If a tour is delayed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.

6. Force Majeure

  • Oman Explorers is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political disturbances, and airline cancellations.

7. Photography & Media

  • By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be featured in promotional materials, please inform our team in advance.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Omani legal procedures.
